Well functioned 10 m2 room in a cozy townhouse. Situated in a cozy area of Malmö-Kirseberg. Peaceful with strong sense of community. There are 5 rooms which means you will share this house with other 4 guests. You will share 2 toilets & 1 kitchen with them. They are Master students & Expats who stay long-term with yearly contract. Every room has a lock. This house is close to city, parks, Universities and grocery stores.

During your stay
Aside from booking and any questions that arise, we typically just text message our guests back and forth if anything comes up. I have my partner in the neighborhood to keep an eye on things as well, so, please keep you guest count honest ;-)
Other things to note
"Starter pack" consists of 2 rolls Toilet paper, Shower gels & Shampoo are there. Just to ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay. But these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
Please be mindful that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. Clean up common area after usage. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. But we are not on-site 24/7.

Kirseberg is a residential neighborhood in Malmö, Sweden, located north of the city center. Surrounding by green spaces. It offers efficient public transport links to Lund & Malmö University. The neighborhood has local services, and residents can enjoy Malmö's diverse cultural and social scene.

Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
€552 of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
Remaining balance: FIRST PAYMENT (equivalent to SEK 6,000) is due at time of reservation. For stays of 1–3 MONTHS, this first payment goes toward your total rent. Any remaining balance is paid manually before check-in. We’ll contact you with payment instructions. For stays of OVER 3 MONTHS, this first payment is held as a deposit. The monthly rent as agreed upon is then due by the 25th before each rental month. We will walk you through the contract process after your booking. Welcome to Grad House Malmö
We’ve hosted young professionals, expats, and master’s students from around the world, and we always aim to make our guests feel at home. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a cozy backyard, work areas, and free laundry.
Our townhouse offers 5 private rooms, ideal for monthly and long-term stays of 3+ months, with limited shorter-stay availability. We're located just a few minutes from the train station in Malmö-Kirseberg, with easy access to Malmö University, SLU Alnarp, and Lund.
We enjoy meeting people from different walks of life. Favourite places we’ve visited? Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam.
